About Us
Dr. Jack grew up in Upper Darby, Pa., and graduated from Upper Darby High School. He then graduated from Delaware Valley College with a BA in biology and went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathy from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency and internship through the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry at John F. Kennedy Hospital, Stratford, where he was Chief Resident of Orthopedics.
Dr. Jack is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgeons. He continually attends seminars and lectures keeping state of the art and to apply the newest approved procedures in his practice. He continually uses the latest techniques to help his patients. And he is always looking for a better way to help with the least amount of stress on the body.
Dr. Jack is affiliated with Cape Regional Medical Center in Cape May Court House, NJ where he is Chief of Orthopedics. Over the years he has served in many capacities with the hospital, including Chief of Medical Staff, Chairman of Regional Joint Center, Board of Trustees and Chairman of Credentials Committee.

Just a note to thank you for giving me my life back. I had been through five years of pain and I was so depressed and just plain ready to give up. It's a miracle for me to now be almost pain free. I am walking outside again, shopping and going to church. I can actually walk a mile now. Thanks again.
